2. Robbie Fleck – Bath
The 31-times capped South African centre Robbie Fleck arrived at the Recreation Ground amidst much publicity in October 2003 just as the Rugby World Cup was reaching the finals stages. However, despite the excitement prior to his arrival, Fleck would make just 11 starts in two seasons after breaking his leg on his debut, scoring just one try. The Telegraph blasted his performances during the stint, saying he was ‘past his sell-by date’.
