BT Sport’s Austin Healey and Northampton’s Alex Waller reflect on the red card shown to Saints’ Teimana Harrison during their Anglo-Welsh Cup semi-final clash.
Harrison was been given a one-week ban following his red card at Bath Rugby last Friday evening.
Healey clearly thought it was soft.
The incident occurred in the 71st minute of Saints’ Anglo-Welsh Cup semi-final match at the Rec last week.
The 25-year-old was charged for dangerous play (strike with the head) against Nathan Catt of Bath Rugby contrary to law 9.12.
Harrison accepted the charge and was given a suspension of one week. He is free to play again on 27 March 2018, taking into account Northampton Saints’ upcoming fixtures.
