Lock Joe Launchbury and centre Jonathan Joseph are set to lead a list of shock English exclusions from the British and Irish Lions tour of New Zealand.
However, retired England hooker turned pundit Brian Moore has tweeted a timely reminder to fans to support the team whoever is selected.
Lions – you aren’t a true fan if there are terms on your support (.ie. pick my players)- all in it together or not: bitch when it’s over.

Moore has also spoken about the heart attack he suffered earlier this month, and revealed he is waiting to undergo triple bypass surgery.

The legend insisted he was ‘very lucky’ to come through his ordeal in the way he has with a nurse having told him that his blood pressure was so high when he was admitted to hospital that he should have had a stroke.
Speaking on the telephone to his Telegraph podcast Brian Moore’s Full Contact , the ex-Harlequins man said: “It sounds incongruous but I am actually very lucky because the nurse who looked after me and discharged me with all the hundreds of tablets I have to take said to me ‘when I was told your upper systolic from your blood pressure I said there must be some mistake, it’s not possible’.
