Benjamín Macome, the Jaguares back-row, is also in line for a first cap since he faced South Africa for los Pumas back in 2015.
Four uncapped players join Daniel Hourcade’s squad, all from the Jaguares, with wingers Bautista Ezcurra and Emiliano Boffelli selected along with prop Felipe Arregui and scrum-half Gonzalo Bertranou.
Due to a change in policy, last year the likes of Facundo Isa and Juan Imhoff cannot be selected as they play their rugby outside of Super Rugby.
Argentina face England on June 10 and June 17 in Santa Fe, before taking on the Lelos in Jujuy on June 24.
