Eddie Jones became visibly emotional during a live breakfast TV interview when he was asked about the influence of his family on his career.
Asked by sports presenter Sally Nugent how important his family, particularly his parents, had been on his career, Jones struggled to speak, simply responding: “Massively. Err… big influences.”
Main presenter Louise Minchin was clearly moved by Jones’ response, saying to him: “Clearly emotional, that’s nice.”
