England chief Eddie Jones has won the coach of the year award at the World Rugby Awards in Monaco.
A less than happy Jones nevertheless said: “I feel a bit embarrassed with winning it, to be honest.
“We’re still number two in the world so in my mind Steve Hansen should have won it.”
And when asked if the trophy would go on his desk, he replied: “I think I’ll let my dog play with it.”
