Jack Singleton (Worcester Warriors) will join the squad as England’s third hooker to cover Luke Cowan-Dickie (Exeter Chiefs).
Singleton is called up as a precaution after Cowan-Dickie experienced hamstring tightness following the first Test in Johannesburg.

The 22-year-old came through the academy at the Warriors and is a former England Under 20 international who featured in the recent non-Test game against the Barbarians at Twickenham Stadium.
England are preparing for the second Test match in Bloemfontein on Saturday after a 39-42 defeat to the Springboks at Ellis Park.
