The pair were key to Chiefs winning their first Premiership title last season and are very popular figures around the club.
Lees, who joined the Chiefs from London Welsh, has received significant interest from a host of clubs in France but has chosen to remain on the south coast.
Meanwhile, Williams, who made his England debut during the tour to Argentina during the summer, has ignored interest from other Premiership clubs to ink a new contract.
