WALES: George North
I’ve been a huge fan of the Welsh winger since he broke onto the scene in 2010. The 27-year-old made five appearances, scoring one try against Georgia, and making a limited impact before limping out of the semi-final against South Africa. Completely outshone by Josh Adams.
George North has had an average World Cup. Fair?— The Rugby Bore (@BoreRugby) October 20, 2019
When George North left Northampton, their coach said, “We haven’t seen the best of George. It’s been like having a Ferrari in the garage, but you can’t find the keys.”— J (@waltersjo) October 20, 2019
Well, this World Cup it’s been like having a battered old Fiat that you can find the keys for. #RWC2019
