Exeter Chiefs star burned by his own team on Twitter

Exeter Chiefs legend Phil Dollman has sarcastically responded to on of his own teams tweets following a condescending tweet during their 25-22 win on Tuesday evening.

The versatile back was the most talked about player at the break after the 35-year-old breezed past three Bears defenders to score.

The official Exeter account tweeted: “Who would have thought the centre people would be talking about at half-time would be @philldollman?”

Dollman responded the next day, tweeting: “Such kind and appreciative words…… thanks”
