The Australian-born back row forward had a fast rise to fame as he captained the 2013 England U20s to Six Nations and Junior World Cup titles, before representing England 7s during the HSBC World Sevens Series in Japan and Hong Kong.

Where is he now? After being tipped to be a ‘future England captain’, the flanker was included in Jones first ever squad. He would make his debut against Scotland as a replacement for Chris Robshaw in the Aussies first game in charge during the 2016 Six Nations.

However, he just wasn’t able to stay fit in the four subsequent years and was forced to retire in 2020 due to a shoulder problem.
