3. Harry Thacker (Bristol Bears)
A skilful dynamo of a hooker, the former England U20 international, who joined from Leicester Tigers, was nominated for the Land Rover Discovery of the Season award during the 2015/16 campaign. In an impressive debut season that included a hat-trick versus Wasps and a scintillating brace versus Tigers, Thacker was listed in the Guardian team of the year.
