Gallagher Premiership’s free-to-air matches confirmed

The four free to air Gallagher Premiership games have been confirmed with only a few days to go until the season restarts.

The matches that will be shown on Channel 5 this season are:

  • Saturday 15 August (2pm) – Exeter Chiefs v Leicester Tigers
  • Saturday 22 August (2pm) – London Irish v Northampton Saints
  • Saturday 29 August (3pm) – Sale Sharks v Bristol Bears
  • Saturday 5 September (2pm) – Harlequins v Bath Rugby

As we head towards the restart of the Gallagher Premiership, there are a number of transfers still on the agenda

1. Kyle Eastmond (Harlequins)

The 30-year-old former England centre is reportedly set to sign a short-term deal with Harlequins after departing from Leicester Tigers. Eastmond was one of five players to have departed, alongside Manu Tuilagi, Telusa Veainu, Greg Batemen and Noel Reid, Tigers CEO Andrea Pinchen said in a video posted on the club website.
