Johan Ackermann says Gloucester have not received any approach for Owen Williams and insists that the Wales international remains a ‘big part’ of the club.
There have been media reports in Wales that the WRU-owned Dragons are lining up a move to sign the 26-year-old for next season.
“We haven’t been approached by anybody, not by the player or by any club so we see Owen as a big part of Gloucester still,” said Ackermann.
“We can’t comment on something that we haven’t personally experienced.
“He’s our player and anybody that wants to speak about him must speak with David (Humphreys, Gloucester director of rugby) or with Martin (St Quinton, chairman and owner).”
