Ireland’s Six Nations fixture against Italy in Dublin has been postponed until further notice due to the coronavirus outbreak in northern Italy, the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) has announced.
The match at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin — originally scheduled for March 7 — has been postponed, and the IRFU has said an announcement over further arrangements will be made in the next few days.
Here, RUCK looks at the reaction from social media.
These games on weekend of March 6th are off so you’d have to think Lá fhéile Pádraig is in trouble. Big earner for Ireland that day! ☹️

Unless there’s a suggestion that the virus is more likely to spread in a stadium than on the street, I’m not sure the point in postponing the match. There’s nothing to suggest that those due to travel, infected or not, might not travel anyway and just go the pub. #IREvITA

TEAM VOTED THE ALL-TIME SIX NATIONS XV
With the 2020 Six Nations in full swing, we wanted to know what you think the best-ever combined XV.
And after 30,000 votes, here is the team fans selected. There are one or two surprise inclusions.
Fullback: JASON ROBINSON (England) – 10,758 votes
Winger: SHANE WILLIAMS (Wales) – 12,374
Centre: Brian O’Driscoll (Ireland) – 21,392
Centre: Will Greenwood (England) – 10,697
Greenwood followed his father Dick into an England shirt. While his father was a prickly back row player, the younger Greenwood was one of the finest centres to grace the England midfield.
