Billy Vunipola has suffered yet another injury setback that casts doubt over his involvement in England’s summer tour to South Africa.
He withdrew from Saracens training on Wednesday afternoon because of a tight hamstring and he is being assessed to discover the extent of the damage.

The number eight has played only 249 minutes over the past year due to shoulder, knee and arm problems and his last international appearance was against Ireland in March 2017.
“Nothing happened, he just felt some tightness and awareness of that tightness. The hamstring hasn’t been pulled,” Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall said.
“He would like to play against Gloucester but we won’t play him if we think he will pull his hamstring in the game.”
