Joe Simmonds scores special solo try as Exeter reach first Champions Cup final

Exeter Chiefs booked their place in the Champions Cup Final for the first time in their history as they beat Toulouse 28-18 at Sandy Park.

The Devon side’s victory sets up a final against Racing 92 on October 17.
