Current Champions Cup holders Toulon have extended Argentinean flanker Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe’s contract until 2017.
The 34-year-old powerhouse, who has 71 caps for the Pumas and played at the last three World Cups, seems to have plenty left to off the French side.
The role Lobbe has played in Toulon’s three successive European Cup victories cannot be denied while he also played and instrumental part in the 2013/14 Top 14 title victory.
He joined the French Top 14 side from Sale Sharks, where he was captain, in 2009 and had also previously played for Liceo Naval
