Premiership Rugby can today confirm that the live BT Sport cameras will be at Twickenham Stadium on 7 April when The Clash between Bath Rugby and Leicester Tigers takes centre stage at HQ.
Last season The Clash drew more than 60,0000 fans to the home of English rugby creating one of the highlights of the Aviva Premiership Rugby season, and the match looks set for a big-stage repeat this season in Round 19.
The round kicks off at the AJ Bell Stadium on Friday night when BT Sport will broadcast Sale Sharks against Wasps, the third live match coming on Sunday when Gloucester Rugby make the short-trip to Sandy Park to take on the champions, Exeter Chiefs.
Another iconic fixture has been scheduled for live TV coverage on BT Sport in Round 20 when one of the most famous club matches in the world rugby calendar, the East Midlands derby at Welford Road between Leicester Tigers and Northampton Saints is the star of the show.
Round 20 kicks off at Kingston Park where Sale Sharks are the visitors and on Sunday it’s time for a trip to Allianz Park for a re-run of the 2016 Aviva Premiership Rugby Final, when Bath Rugby arrive in north London to take on Saracens.
