Fullback Leigh Halfpenny will not play for Wales against England at Twickenham, although the decision to rule him out was not taken until this morning
The Scarlets fullback was initially named in the starting XV after breaking a five-year try drought with a brace against Scotland.

At midday, less than five hours before kick-off, the full-back was ruled out of the match with a foot infection.
The 29-year-old had not been able to kick or run in training – rather than been feeling unwell, which was originally reported.
His dropping out was a double blow for Wales: not only is he one of the world’s best defensive full-backs, he is also an extremely reliable place-kicker, who made all four conversions against Scotland despite setting up from the touchline and couple of times.
