Leigh Halfpenny remains sidelined after brutal concussion
Leigh Halfpenny will not be available to play for Scarlets in their Champions Cup showdown with Ulster this Friday.
The full-back will remain on the sidelines until he fully recovers from a concussion suffered on international duty with Wales.

Halfpenny was clattered by Wallabies centre Samu Kerevi when punting the ball away in the 9-6 victory over Australia.
And the Scarlets won’t risk their star back as they seek to bounce back from two defeats in the opening two rounds of the European competition.
