British and Irish Lions head coach Warren Gatland has revealed that Anthony Watson and Dan Biggar had to get injections after the win over Japan at Murrayfield on Saturday.
“The boys are all pretty good but they’re a bit sore after the Japan game,” Gatland said.
“You’d expect a few knocks and stuff. Pretty much everyone is pretty good, really.”
