British & Irish Lions player ratings vs Stormers, brought to you by Lovell Rugby.

Tim Swiel fired the hosts into an early lead from the tee before Adam Beard and Luke Cowan-Dickie crossed the whitewash for the tourists with Marcus Smith adding the extras, 3-14.

A third try in overtime from Jonny Hill, again converted by Smith, gave the Lions a 21-3 lead at the break.

Debutant Marcus Smith fed Louis Rees-Zammit for the best of the tourists’ sevens tries in the second-half, with six from forwards.

Tour captain Alun Wyn Jones completed his incredible return from injury as he played 30 minutes off the bench.
