The 28-year-old will be out of contract next summer, and The Rugby Paper had already reported that the Fijian-born powerhouse had tasked his agent with securing him a move to England.
Gloucester already have a world-class back three, so adding the 24-cap France international to their midfield will make them a very scary prospect.
