2. Joe Launchbury – Lock
The 29-year-old, who signed a two-year extension in 2019, has 62 international caps and was part of the England squad that reached the World Cup final in Japan.
While his handling skills are underrated, his greatest work tends to be on the back foot whether organising a defensive stand or sacking a maul. There is no player you would trust to stop a close-range lineout than Launchbury.
New Gloucester head coach George Skivington is known to be a huge fans of the forward, and if Gloucester could convince Launchbury to come to Kingsholm, he would make their line-out imperious.
A top-class second-row that would make any Premiership team better..
