The London-club could interested in recruiting All Blacks legend Dan Carter on a short-term contract. Quins are reportedly keen to land the fly-half on a short-term contract following his stint withthe Blues, thought to be three months, for the start of the 2020/21 Gallagher Premiership. They want the legendary fly-half to work with Marcus Smith as the England youngster continues his rapid development at Twickenham Stoop.
