4. Joel Kpoku (Saracens)
A mainstay in the England Under-20s side, Kpoku made his international bow against the Junior Springboks and has since represented his country at two U20 World Rugby Championships.
The powerful forward was also called up to a full England training camp in August 2018.
What they said: “He threw himself around the park in this month’s battle with Saracens where he made a whopping 22 tackles. Another who has played at England U18 and U20 level, he could well be part of a Premiership-winning side before he gets an opportunity to step into the international ring.”
