All Black takes part in first training session with new teammates in France

All Black centre Malakai Fekitoa took to the training pitch as a Toulon player for the first time at the club’s training base on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old had a grin on his face as he strode out in his Toulon apparel, flanked by fellow Kiwis Luke McAllister and Ma’a Nonu with his famous dreadlocks.

Fekitoa was introduced to the media last week, after being given an additional break following the conclusion of the 2017 Rugby Championship, but had not yet trained with his new team-mates.

As he was put through his paces in Toulon’s notoriously sunny weather for the first time, but still looked sharp and ready to go.
