Arena92, being built in the Western Parisian suburbs by Racing 92, have just released a new promotional video showing a CGI run-through of the new 32,000 seater stadium, and it looks seriously impressive!
The build is hoping to be finished before the start of the 2017/18 domestic league after the build was delayed due to construction problems. The multi-use domed stadium features a projection wall, allowing scoreboards and replays to be shown during the match.
The Arena 92 will hold 32,000 spectators, an 18,000 increase on Racing’s current Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir.
The capital city team have been on the up on the pitch this season and look well set to reach the French Top 14 play-offs, while they will also play in the European Cup final for the first time against Saracens on May 14.
