Wasps fly-half Danny Cipriani is ruled out for 12 weeks after tearing his knee ligaments against Harlequins on Sunday.
The 29-year-old fly-half was treated on the pitch at the Ricoh Arena after staying down following a late collision as Quins beat his Wasps side 24-21.
Cipriani, who rejoined Wasps in 2016, could be departing the club at the end of the current season when his contract expires.
He turned down a move across the channel just over a year ago, but that is likely to be his next destination with his England career now definitely over.
