Danny Care of Harlequins received a citing commissioner’s warning from Chris Catling after the match Northampton Saints v Harlequins on Saturday 30 September 2017.
Equivalent to an off-field yellow card, this was issued for a dangerous tackle contrary to law 10.4 (e), when he played Northampton’s Jamie Gibson without the ball.
The incident took place in the first half of the match.
Nathan Hughes of Wasps also received a citing commissioner’s warning this weekend after the match Wasps v Bath on Sunday 1 October 2017.
Independent citing commissioner Steve Savage issued the warning for dangerous play contrary to law 10.4 (a), when Hughes made contact with Bath’s Taulupe Faletau’s neck and face with his arm. The incident took place in the first half of the match.
