Fans will not be given refunds for their England v Italy Six Nations tickets despite England coach Eddie Jones suggesting they might seek compensation.
Jones said an unexpected Italy tactic “wasn’t rugby” as they frustrated the Six Nations champions before finally losing 36-15 at Twickenham on Sunday.

The RFU has since told Sky Sports News HQ those comments were made “in the heat of the moment”.
And World Rugby have backed referee Romain Poite after he was criticised by Jones for his approach to Italy’s tactics.
World Rugby said that the “match official team handled the game well”.
They added: “World Rugby (through the Laws Review Group) is constantly reviewing the laws of the game and, as previously announced, some work has been done on the breakdown with various options having been trialled in certain competitions around the world.”
