Capped 38 times by Wales and a key part of the successful Lions tour of Australia in 2013, Hibbard said: “I’m looking forward to joining the coaching team with Wales Deaf.
“Rugby is a great game for all and a sport I love to play so if I can help the Wales Deaf team out and continue their success, starting with the first match against England, I’ll be delighted.”
