Rugby Rumours: Cockerill to the Pro 12, Tigers spending again

Richard Cockerill looks set to take over as the new head coach of Pro 12 side Edinburgh after a dramatic turn of events. The former Leicester chief, who is currently working with Mike Ford at Toulon, now has an official offer to take over according to Neil Fissler’s ‘On The Blindside’.
