Saracens have released an update on Billy Vunipola after the powerhouse number eight appeared to break his arm yet again.
It is the fourth such injury for the 27-year-old in two years – he has previously broken his right arm twice and his left once.
The clubs confirmed that he “has broken his arm”.
They added: “The Saracens Number 8 picked up the injury seven minutes into the Men in Black’s victory over Racing 92 in the Heineken Champions Cup.
“He will see a consultant over the coming days to determine the full extent of the injury before undergoing rehabilitation.”
Vunipola, who has 51 international caps, played every game in England’s run to the World Cup final.
