Scotland player ratings vs Italy.
15-Stuart Hogg: The two-time Six Nations player of the tournament made a fantastic start to the 2019 edition, assisting the second try and scoring the third while also being a thorn in the Azzurri’s side, making 131 metres with the ball in hand. 8.5 out of 10
14-Tommy Seymour: Didn’t get a lot of the ball but managed to make 40 metres in his four carries. 6.5
13-Huw Jones: Not at his very best, making just 10 metres in the match but did throw two offloads. 6.5
12-Sam Johnson: The Australian born centre made a competent debut and was at the heart of a lot of the good Scotland attack, beating six defenders. 8
11-Blair Kinghorn: Italy simply couldn’t handle the 6ft 5in powerhouse speedster. He scored two first-half tries, finishing both superbly, before completing his hat-trick in the second half. Also made 10 tackles! 9
