Scotland star ruled out of Autumn Internationals

Scotland captain Greig Laidlaw will miss the Autumn Test series due to injury.

The Clermont scrum-half broke his leg during his side’s Champions Cup win over Ospreys last weekend.

A scan revealed the 32-year-old has a fracture in his fibula. Clermont’s medical team say Laidlaw should be sidelined for 10 to 12 weeks.

Scotland will face Samoa, New Zealand and Australia at home in three successive weekends in November, starting on the 11th and ending on the 25th.
