Julian Cadman’s young schoolmates, teachers, and family friends are all grappling to come to terms with the death of the “funny and cheeky” Sydney boy in the Barcelona terror attack.
The seven-year-old was killed when a van ploughed into crowds in the Spanish city’s busy Las Ramblas pedestrian mall on Thursday.
Cadman was in Year Two at St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School in Lalor Park
His mother, Jumarie, was seriously injured and his father, Andrew, flew to Barcelona to be by her side.
The seven-year-old’s rugby team, the Giraween Eagles, has offered condolences.
