Six Nations 2020: Round 3 Team Of The Week

– Maro Itoje (England): Terrific defensively catching Ireland behind the gainline and one-man protective ruck blanket for England.

– Paul Willemse (France): Massive, brute power for his peel off try in the 30th minute.

– Ross Moriarty (Wales): Good source of line-out possession on his return to the side. Carried hard and relished the brutal physical nature of the contest. One of Wales’ better players and shifted to No 8.

– Sam Underhill (England): A thorn in Ireland’s side leading the swarming defence which knocked the visitors for six with 21 tackles. Such an exocet when he lines an opponent up.

– Gregory Alldritt (France): The young Frenchman has made the kind of sudden impact on the Test scene that Faletau did back in the day. His carrying has been of a class. Monster.
