Three best and three worst England hopefuls from Round 4 of the Premiership

#2. Piers O’Conor (Bristol Bears)

Bristol Live: “Where has the Piers O’Conor of last season gone? The man who was shortlisted from the Premiership player of the season award in 2020/21 just doesn’t look like a threat with ball in hand this season in part because he is being given very little space to work in.”

#1. Ollie Lawrence (Worcester Warriors)

The powerhouse centre looked particularly ineffective as the Warriors were well beaten by Exeter Chiefs. After making a great start to the season, this performance will have done his chances of starting for England this Autumn no favours.
