Transfer News: Bristol confirm another player is leaving

Bristol Rugby have confirmed another back will be leaving the club at the end of the season.

It was confirmed last week that club legend David Lemi is departing at the end of the campaign and Jack Wallace has been added to the list of players on their way out.

Wallace, who has scored 18 tries for Bristol, is going to remain playing in the Championship for a London club next season as he begins the transition into life after rugby having secured a role in the recruitment industry.

The 27-year-old arrived at Bristol in 2013, and during his five seasons at the club has made 84 appearances and helped the blue and white hoops to two promotions into the Aviva Premiership.

Bristol clinched promotion back to the top flight this weekend thanks to a 17-60 victory over Nottingham on Friday night and then Ealing Trailfinders’ 50-19 shock defeat away at Doncaster Knights.
