Tom Pincus will join Melbourne Rebels as injury cover with immediate effect.
The 27 year-old – who joined Bristol in 2018 – makes the switch to Super Rugby on a permanent agreement.
Pincus has made two competitive appearances for the Bears this season, both in the Premiership Cup.
Who remembers this 🥧 from @tom_pincus on his @premrugby debut? 🤔

Director of Rugby Pat Lam said: “We received a call from the Rebels and Tom’s representatives enquiring if Tom could be made available to help with their current injury situation.
“After speaking with Tom, we all agreed that this is a great opportunity for him to return to Australia and to play Super Rugby.
“We have strength in depth in the back three position, so we support Tom wholeheartedly as he embarks on this new challenge. We would like to thank Tom for his hard work and contribution to the club on and off the field and we wish him well down under.”
