Transfer News: England U20 makes move to Ealing Trailfinders

Ealing Trailfinders can today announce the signing of England Under 20 international Max Davies for the 2018/19 season.

The second-rower joins from Newcastle Falcons where has spent the last two years in the academy at Kingston Park.

The 20-year-old from Sedbergh School has played for England at every age group including the most recent Six Nations, and offers a huge amount of versatility with the ability to play in the second-row as well as all the way across the back-row.



Davies, who has also played for Waterloo and Sale Sharks is an athletic addition to the squad with two pre-season fixtures remaining before the start of the Greene King IPA Championship campaign.

Davies is looking forward to his next challenge at Trailfinders Sports Club.

“I’’m massively excited to be joining Ealing Trailfinders. It’s a huge year for the club and with the attractive brand of rugby that they play I’m hoping to play a part in it whenever I can.”
