Georgian prop Levan Chilachava has quit Toulon for Montpellier on a three-year contract, the Top 14 runners-up confirmed.
Chilachava, 26-year-old, came through the youth training centre at Toulon, where he had spent nine seasons.
The Georgian will be one of three tighthead props at Montpellier along with South African Jannie Du Plessis, who has extended his contract for a season, and Antoine Guillamon, in rehabilitation after a hernia operation.
Chilavacha will be one of eight recruits signed up by coach Vern Cotter, including Brive lock Julien Ledevedec and South African back Johan Goosen.
