France international scrum-half, Baptiste Serin, will join Toulon at the end of the season according to Canal + on a three-year contract.
Rhys Webb’s injury has left the three-time European champions light in the number 9 position.

With the arrival of Serin for the next three seasons, the RCT will have two world-class scrum-halves on their books.
However, this could also perhaps indicate Webb may cut his time in France short, as did Chris Ashton, in order to play at next years Rugby World Cup.
Only time will tell.
