Wales international Craig Mitchell has joined Cornish Pirates after parting company with financially-crippled Yorkshire Carnegie.
The 15-times capped prop has had spells with Neath, the Ospreys, Exeter,
Cardiff Blues, the Dragons and Newcastle during a varied career.
He made his debut for Wales at tight-head against Canada in Toronto in May 2009 after making just six regional appearances for the Ospreys.
