Bath Rugby are lining up Josh McNally as their latest recruit for next season, Somerset Live has reported.
The 28-year-old plays second row or flanker for Championship leaders London Irish.
Serving in the Royal Airforce, McNally was released of his duties to pursue a rugby career with Irish.
McNally’s blistering performances caught the eye of England head coach Eddie Jones, earning a call up to the England training squad for the May 2018 clash with the Barbarians.

The interest in McNally raises doubts over Dave Attwood’s future at the club. The first-choice lock was on the brink of joining French giants Toulon permanently in the Summer; having enjoyed a successful loan spell there last season.
He is in the final year of his contract at the club, as is Luke Charteris, who is now 35 and unlikely to be offered a new deal.
