Northampton Saints are set to make an audacious bid to sign one of England’s hottest young talents in Alex Dombrandt, according to The Rugby Paper.
The robust 22-year-olf back-rower was one of the eye-catching performers in the Premiership last season for Harlequins and was part of Eddie Jones preliminary Rugby World Cup squad.
Dombrandt, who is nicknamed ‘the dominator’ is a ferocious ball carrier who can certainly score tries, touching down 11 times in 24 outings last term.
