England centre Manu Tuilagi is set to turn down a move to France and will instead stay at Leicester Tigers, according to reports.
Racing 92 had opened negotiations with an offer of £2.5m after the centre visited Paris a few weeks ago for a tour of the Top 14 club’s training facilities.

However, in today’s issue of Midi Olympique, an in the know specialist sports paper in France, it’s been suggested that Tuilagi, in a stunning u-turn, will remain at Welford Road.
Their report goes onto suggest that the 27-year-old will sign a three-year contract with the Tigers, which ensures his England career will continue after the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
