Toulon has convinced Leicester Tigers prop Logovi’i Mulipola to swap Welford Road for the south of France, according to The Rugby Paper.
The Samoan international was the main target for Clermont Auvergne, but the three-time European champions have reportedly been successful with a late bid to sign the front-rower.
Mulipola has not been able to agree on a new deal and is ready to move to France when his contract expires at the end of the 2017/18 season.
The 30-year-old had been attracting a lot of interest from across with channel with Pau, Clermont who thought they had their man, and Racing 92.
